The history
At the end of September 2016 it became known that the creators of Brasserie Lambic, who presented the versatile world of Belgian beer to Moscow, opened a new restaurant. The concept of Too Much was different: it was based on the offer of top-quality beer and wine. Restaurant's management focused on a wide range of beverages, having decided to update the wine and bar lists on a regular basis. The idea was reflected in the restaurant’s name: the words "Too Much" imply that visitors will enjoy endless novelties here.
Too Much is located in Maliy Gnezdnikovsky Lane, surrounded by 19th-Century tenement buildings. There are iconic monuments and theatres nearby, such as Chekhov Moscow Art Theatre, Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Music Theatre , and Gorkov Moscow Academic Art Theatre . Also, a number of interesting museums are located in the area, such as Meyerhold Museum, Nemirovich-Danchenko Museum, and Stanislavsky Museum. One can get to the very centre of Moscow marked with Kilometre Zero plaque in twenty minutes by foot.

Too Much restaurant is located in Building No. 12 in Maliy Gnezdnikovsky Lane. Opening hours: Saturday – Thursday: 12:00 pm to midnight, Friday: 12:00 pm to 03:00 am. Average restaurant bill: 1,500 rubles. A visitor can pay the bill both in cash and by bank card.
Comfort and style
The restaurant space is divided into two halls. The interior was designed by Finoarte Design Studio that managed to combine the features of iconic loft and Scandinavian style. The intimate, cozy environment is accentuated by unusual solutions such as absence of a bar counter and wide window sills, where guests can sit in the summer, enjoying the city view.
Racks and shelves laden with wine, beer and glasses, themed drawings, and wall-mounted taps – every detail of the interior emphasizes the Too Much concept. Wood, chosen as the main lining material, perfectly harmonizes with concrete and red brick walls, while light-weight chandeliers and wide windows fill the space with light and air. Bar stools stay side by side with soft armchairs and sofas; natural colours and green plants create a perfect harmony. It doesn’t matter whether you come in a noisy company of friends or with your family, with business partners for a lunch or with a loved one for a romantic dinner: in any case, you will feel comfortable in Too Much. You can even have a banquet here: the restaurant's management will arrange the process so that everything goes perfectly.

Too Much menu can be found on the restaurant’s web-site which is easy to navigate due to the convenient layout. Too Much offers simple but not simplistic food, for example, burgers made of marble beef, superb Ribeye steaks, tuna tartar with avocado mousse. Each season the menu is updated by adding special offers. The major part of Too Much menu consists of snacks and light meals, perfectly complementing wine and beer.
Veal liver paste with raspberry sauce, salmon ceviche, meat platter, chicken wings, cheese donuts, roasted camembert, wasabi shrimps – all dishes are delicious and known to each guest.
